In accordance with Section 12(c)(iii) of Presidential Executive Order 14074 (Advancing Effective, Accountable Policing and Criminal Justice Practices to Enhance Public Trust and Public Safety), the West Virginia State Police hereby gives public notice that it will request approval to purchase a wheeled armored tactical vehicle using funds awarded through the Department of Justice Equitable Sharing Program.
